Oh, my god. I have a hideous sore throat. Not the scratchy kind, but the horrible swollen kind where it hurts every time you swallow.

I have Elite in 2 hours, we all have to run warm ups and get critiqued on them. This involves yelling and basically doing the hardest part of a Krav class for 2 hours straight.

Uggghh. To add to it I did not get a great night's sleep. My shoulders are all achy.

Aaand done whining. Have taken zinc and vitamin C, I am hoping this does *something*. I wish I had cold medicine other than Nyquil. I don't like taking that kind of stuff when I can avoid it, but at times like this I won't think twice about taking some.

Oops. Said I was done whining.

In other news, yesterday was fun. Saw Watchmen with some friends. Bit of an odd movie. Very well made, but odd.

Woot. I had a lurvely day, thank you all for your birthday wishes =)

I have the most intense craving for Ribena right now. Omg.

Krav today was fantastic. Our level 3 class (the most advanced class) was mostly controlled pseudo sparring. I did a round with my instructor, and didn't get beaten senseless, which is more than I would have expected.
I keep forgetting that we're allowed to make requests with one of our instructors on what we cover in classes. I might do that tomorrow.

I think I might have inspiration for a story again. I'm absolutely addicted to this song right now.
